We aim to set you up for a big day, whether you are working or exploring.  We offer the full cooked Scottish breakfast, or lighter options.  Cooked breakfast is 07:30 to 09:00.  Fresh hot drinks and a selection of chilled juices, seasonal fruits and berries, yogurt, granola and cereals.  We can also organise a breakfast for you to take away to enjoy at your leisure later in the day.  We also are happy to cater for a variety of dietary needs; just let us know in advance.

We offer a homely atmosphere where our guests can relax and make themselves at home.  Close to the train station, supermarkets and town centre.  Fast Wi-fi is provided free to all guests and available in all rooms.  Our breakfast room is bright and airy, with breakfast served daily from 07:30 to 09:00. We also have our private car park at the side of the house.  If you are travelling with a large vehicle, get in touch, as access to the car park isn't really suitable for large vehicles.  EV charge points are located close by.  Storage for bicycles is available, but please give us some advance notice if you need this. 

Family run is exactly that; husband and wife, Dennis and Clara welcome you to their home.  Guests can expect a true Highland welcome.  However, if you want an extra special welcome, just ask for Trevor, our Dalmatian.   Trevor is usually found on his chair, looking out of our sitting room window, watching everyone come and go at the front door. Just ask us if you'd like a spotty welcome and our friendly, well-socialised boy will be happy to say 'hello'.  Don't worry if you're not a dog person though, as we all live in a separate part of the building and they are never allowed into the guest areas unless invited.
